Mr. Chocolate to Host Wine and Chocolate Pairing

On Thursday June 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Chocolatier, Jacques Torres also known as Mr. Chocolate, will host a palate pleasing education in pairing wine with chocolate.

The gorgeous Hale Ku Mana, or House of Spiritual Healing, at the Hualalai Resort will be the fantastic venue for this event. Torres will have guests sample his chocolate creations as they take sip after sip of heady wine.

Torres, a French born chocolatier, has retail shops in New York’s Upper West Side, Chelsea Market and Rockefeller Center. From cacao bean to candy bar, this talented chocolatier creates artisan chocolates that are enjoyed worldwide. Lucky guests will get to sample his preservative and artificial flavor-free confections and mingle with Mr. Chocolate.
