Police Still Looking for 25-Year-Old Puna Male

Local police officials are once again asking for the public’s help in locating Robert Manuel De Castro, a 25-year-old Puna resident who has been reported missing since December 20, 2011.

Castro was reportedly last seen on Ainaloa Drive. According to authorities, he has a medical condition that requires medication. The search for De Castro also is for questioning in relation to a separate incident.

De Castro is described as 5-foot-11, 260 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and tattoos on his right arm.

Anyone with information on De Castro’s whereabouts should call Detective Grant Todd at 961-2385. The Crime Stoppers network is also available for those who wish to remain anonymous. The East Hawaii hotline number is 961-8300.
