BRIEF: ATV’s Stolen From Laupahoehoe Home

Hawaii Police Department officials are searching for two ATV’s that were stolen from a home on Kihalani Homestead in Laupahoehoe.

The thefts allegedly took place last month between the 12th and 24th of February. The thief stole a light green, 2008 “Rancher” Honda ATV 4-wheeler, with a model number of 2RX420. The unknown thief also stole a red, 2001 “Foreman” Honda ATV 4-wheeler. No model number was listed for the latter vehicle. The estimated value of both ATV’s is about $10,000.

Anyone with information on the ATV’s, or the identity of the thief, should contact Officer Emerson Paranada at 775-7533. The Crime Stoppers hotline is also available for those who wish to remain anonymous. The East Hawaii hotline number is 961-8300.
